On the weeks that Minor Hockey will not be held due to holidays and any other unforeseeable reasons, we will do our best to communicate this to you. The LMHA web site is a great source of information that will let you know of upcoming events that might affect Hockey ice time. We strongly encourage everyone to subscribe to the LMHA calendar for your child’s team.

The first few weeks will be development only. We will then introduce 3 vs 3 play to the appropriate age groups. (To be determined at a later date)

The OMHA has instituted a "Parental Respect in Sport" program that can be found and done on the LMHA or OMHA web site. This is not the same Respect in Sport that is for coaching staff members. This must be completed by at least one of the parents or guardians before your child can be rostered to a team. (It only has to be done once, so if you’ve done it in the past, there is no need to do it again). Please complete ASAP. Here's the link. http://lincolnminorhockey.com/Pages/1929/Respect_In_Sport/

Important points to remember for participants of the 2020-21 Hockey Program:   1) Main focus is having fun with skill development in mind.  2) Full equipment is a must, including neck and mouth guards.  3) Team jerseys and socks will not be handed out for a few weeks. So please come with your own jersey and socks.  4) Half ice and Cross ice games to be held on Saturday mornings.

Please note that dates and times may change. These guidelines are based on information we have at the present time. Anything can happen this Hockey Season.

Thank You

Sandro Marrese

LMHA Convenor
