WNMHA 2020 Pete Ross Memorial IP & Minor Novice JAMBOREE

Rules

·         All rules and regulations, including infractions, suspensions and discipline are subject to OMHA rules. 

 

·         Team officials are responsible for their player’s and parent’s conduct both on and off the ice. 

 

·         Prior to each game, coaches must complete a Game Participant List listing all players, numbers and team officials.  These lists can be completed at the Tournament Control Desk.

 

·         A face off will be used to start each game.  Each team is permitted to have one coach on the playing surface.  ALL coaches must wear helmets when on the ice surface

 

·         There will be no scoring or standings recorded.  No penalties or offsides will be called.

 

·         Game play for IP cross ice format 4 on 4 with a goalie.  Games are 2 -24-minute periods with a 2-minute buzzer.  Teams will play 2- 24-minute games/ice time (2 mini games)

 

·         Game play for Minor Novice is half ice format 4 on 4 with a goalie.  Games are 2- 24-minute periods with a 2-minute buzzer.  Teams will play 2-24-minute game/ice time (2 mini games)

Teams that CANNOT dress a goalie. Teams are allowed to provide one goalie stick that 
can be used by a designated player each shift.

 

·         The Tournament Chair and/or WNMHA President will have final say in all questions or disputes arising from the tournament
