Registration Process and Changes for the Upcoming Season
Please read carefully for registration for 2025/2026 House League

Following the completion of our AGM meeting, the structure has been determined based on the results of member votes. The board aims to provide a clear registration process.

Registration will be open on June 1st at 12:01 AM, allowing members to register at one of the three locations listed below:

West Niagara House League Registration - Stan Pac Arena

West Niagara House League Registration - Peach King Arena

West Niagara House League Registration - Fleming Arena

News articles will be posted on the website on June 1st clearly one for registration and one for goalies with active links.  You can also find the link under the registration tab at the top of our website.

Goalies

This season, goalies will follow a separate registration process to enable the Association to apply a 50% discount to the registration amount. On June 1st at 12:01 AM, an online form will be available to request a registration link for goalies. This request will be time stamped, permitting selection of a preferred rink based on availability, similar to players.  Once this is filled out, the registrar will be sending you a private link to register for the season.  These emails will be sent to you after your application has been reviewed.  These links are private store links and should not be shared.

Each facility will have a maximum number of registration spots available per age group/per team. Once all available spots are filled at a specific facility for an age group, the system will prevent further registrations at that location. If you wish to continue registering, you will need to choose a different facility.

This change achieves two objectives: maintaining an acceptable number of players per team and accommodating the number of teams allotted in the facility schedules. Team numbers vary by age group according to programming type and projected team numbers based on previous registrations.
