A. No this would have to be purchases or subscriptions purchased.
Q. Would additional policies need to be changed to accommodate this?
A. Yes, several policies would require them to be edited to put hard deadlines in place prior to AGM and Special meetings. This would be required so that all agenda items are fixed prior to any meeting. Currently items can be added and nominations accepted at time of meeting.
