Volunteering for the 2019/2020 season
Submitted By Michelle Maniaci on Thursday, October 24, 2019
We have added both the Lincoln and the West Lincoln Snack bars to the Volunteer list.  Tournaments will be added that we need Volunteers for.  Please review the attached Link for details.  Please note that there are a lot of available events so you should scroll across the tabs at the top by clicking the arrows at the left or right of the tabs to see them all.

Please sign up using the Sign Up Genius link on the West Niagara Webpage (under the volunteer tab)

Please note that we are still getting details on more volunteer positions and will be adding more events as we go forward.

Also please remember that you will need to fill out a credit sheet and have the person running the shift you are volunteering for sign it so that Kerry can record your hours.  If you are going to email the form to us please make sure you name the file with your child's name and family name.  There are way too many families for us to get all of the files named "scan".  Before you submit something for Volunteer hours please make sure you check and see what qualifies for hours here, page 2 has a list of Volunteer positions and how credit is given.

Once you have signed up for a slot you will be notified by email 2 days before your shift to ensure that you receive a reminder of the shift you committed to.

Please be aware of the Policy if you sign up for hours and do not show up for your shift.  If you sign up for a volunteer position and do not show up to fulfill your obligation, you make it more difficult for other volunteers to fulfill theirs. If you do not show up for a volunteer position, you might not be permitted to sign up for any further positions and your cheque may be cashed.

You may reach Kerry via email at [email protected]
